Terms of Service

The Qualifinds Platform (“the Platform”) is a private, invitation-only application operated by Qualifinds for recruiters (“jewelers”), subject-matter experts (“SMEs”), and administrators. By signing in and using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Access is restricted to users Qualifinds has registered. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Qualifinds may suspend or revoke access at any time.

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended recruiting purpose and in compliance with applicable law. You will not attempt to access data you are not authorized to see, disrupt the service, or misuse candidate, expert, or interview information.

If you connect your Google Calendar, you authorize the Platform to read your busy/free times and to create, update, and cancel the interview events it books on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect at any time.

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qualifinds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
